Sink is a collection of collaged tape pieces. The tape carries acrylic paint and enamel spray paint which is layered onto paper. These works were created by using packing tape to lift material from the sink of an artists studio, and layering it on to paper. The title reflects the emotional feeling of sinking that happens when a relationship is ending. The tape is used to document a moment and as an attempt to hold things together while taking them.
